The primary challenge was to create a space that not only looked stylish and spacious for SIG but also provided superior acoustics to prevent reverb during audio-visual (AV) engagements.

Design and Implementation:

The design team focused on incorporating laser-etched modern geometric lines and shapes combined with calming colours to create an illusion of space in the compact meeting room, ensuring a contemporary feel while maintaining a serene and productive environment. To address the acoustic challenges, they used acoustic transparent fabric stretched over 50mm acoustic insulation, achieving a Class A acoustic performance that effectively stopped reverb and enhanced sound clarity during AV presentations. The fabric, printed on Vibe Calmtone using the company’s in-house printing capabilities, allowed for custom designs that complemented the room’s aesthetic while preserving the fabric’s acoustic properties.

Results:
