Hubspot - Laser Cutting & Etching
In our acoustic project for HubSpot, the use of laser etching and cutting played a pivotal role in the creation of our unique free-hanging acoustic panels. The panels, which include the Rail Model, Budda, Circlesdue, Circles, and Barcode, were crafted using laser cutting technology. This allowed us to cut intricate patterns and shapes from the acoustic material with extreme precision, resulting in clean, smooth edges that added a professional and innovative touch to the office environment.
Laser etching was used to add detailed designs to the surface of these panels. This process involved using a laser to remove the surface of the material, creating a permanent mark. The etching added an extra level of customization to the panels, allowing us to create designs that were not only acoustically effective but also aesthetically pleasing.

Our design team begins by creating a digital design of the desired pattern. This design is then programmed into the laser etching machine, which uses a high-powered laser to etch the design onto the material, in this case, acoustic bass system panels.
