Triple-Layered Custom Panels with Aluminium Frame & Premium Finishes
Our Vibe Executive acoustic panels are specifically customised to combine the multifaceted benefits of a triple-layered composition consisting of foam, mineral fibre, and polyester, all reinforced with the strength of an aluminium frame system.
Finished with a premium fabric from our collection and an optional lighting system, they set the standard for acoustic engineering solutions.
Our range of ceiling tiles offers customisation options, allowing for complete personalisation to match any design aesthetic.

Track – Frame |
The frame for Vibe Executive is our own unique aluminum track that combines with a self-tensioning system to keep the fabric taut at all times. This will allow the textile to shrink and expand with environmental conditions like moisture and temperature. |
Core |
We have a selection of 3 different core infills. Mineral core fiber, Polyester, and Foam. |
Fabric |
The Executive System is designed to allow leading manufacturers in acoustic textiles and fabrics to be used inside the system. |

Basotect® is a versatile, lightweight, open-cell melamine foam with distinctive properties and a broad spectrum of applications.
This unique foam showcases excellent fire resistance properties ensuring safety in its applications. Basotect® stands out due to its excellent thermal and acoustic properties. It’s widely used in the manufacture of acoustic wall and ceiling panels, serving various acoustic requirements effectively.
In terms of fire safety, this acoustic foam achieves a Class O fire rating at a thickness of 25 mm. When it comes to sound absorption, it delivers impressive performance, reaching Class D at 25 mm thickness and Class B at 50 mm.
The foam panels can be produced as large as 2700 mm x 1200 mm, making them suitable for floor-to-ceiling applications. The consistency of the foam’s colour allows it to be used without a fabric face. This makes it a simple, aesthetically pleasing solution for ceiling applications.
The Basotect® foam is manufactured in Germany. Sustainability is a key factor in the production process, with 100% of foam scraps from the manufacture of Vibe systems being recycled and reusable.

Our mineral core is revered as the highest-absorbing acoustic panel in our product range, offering distinct versatility and performance.
The rigidity of the mineral core makes it a popular choice in many office settings, as it can serve as a multi-functional product, doubling up as a pinboard.
As shown in the subsequent table, the mineral core achieves Class C sound absorption at 25mm thickness and rises to Class A at 50 mm thickness, demonstrating its superior acoustic capabilities.
The mineral core excels in terms of fire safety, too, achieving a Class A fire rating according to EN 13 501-1.
This core can be obtained in heights of up to 2700 mm, making it an excellent fit for most floor-to-ceiling applications.
The production of our mineral core also considers environmental impacts. Its manufacturing process is designed to be as sustainable as possible, reducing waste and resource use.

Polyester, the lightweight fibre product, packs a lot more than just its feather-like weight.
Exhibiting superior fire resistance, Polyester ensures no flaming or toxic fume emissions. Plus, it’s created from over 60% recycled PET bottles, promoting sustainability practices in the industry.
Owing to its outstanding thermal and acoustic qualities, Polyester finds its way into various applications, including acoustic baffles and wall panels.
Just like its mineral core counterpart, Polyester hits Class C sound absorption at a 25mm thickness and scales up to Class A at 50mm.
On the fire safety scale, the polyester core complies with Euro Class B, according to the EN 13501 standards.
We utilize our polyester core predominantly for in-ceiling applications. Unlike mineral core absorbers, it’s suitable for use even over restaurant areas, adding to its functional versatility.
